Clarification: Essence Plethora

Essence Plethora is one of the major reasons Eclipse Caste are so overpowered. Thus I am adding several rules to it.

• Essence Plethora are considered external essence pool
  • Therefore it cannot be used for commitment costs
  • Being external essence it's use adds to anima banner
  • Being external essence it is subjected to all rules there off
• While it was never explicit said, AFAIK, no god has more Essencec Plethora charms than their Essence. So Eclipse Caste are now subjected to this as well.¹
  • It is still an impressive +50 motes at Essence 5
